This project involved the repair and reinforcement of structurally compromised deck support beams and posts affected by long-term moisture exposure and wood rot.

 

Our team installed temporary shoring to safely stabilize the structure during repairs and prevent further movement.

We removed damaged beam sections and installed new load-bearing beams and structural posts to restore the integrity of the building. Existing beams were reinforced using engineered support methods and secured with through-bolts according to structural engineering specifications.

 

All work was completed in coordination with licensed engineers and inspectors to ensure safety, durability, and full compliance with structural requirements.
