his project involved major structural repairs due to long-term water intrusion that caused hidden rot in the roof, waterproof deck, and wall framing systems.

 

Our team performed full demolition of damaged areas and replaced deteriorated I-joists, beams, subfloor, and framing. Skylights and structural supports were removed and reinstalled as needed.

 

The work also included a complete waterproof deck rebuild with proper drainage and flashing, new sheathing, waterproofing, and exterior finishes.
