The project began after rust stains on the concrete deck indicated possible hidden water intrusion. After removing the siding, we found extensive moisture damage and structural rot behind the wall.

 

Further inspection revealed long-term leaks around the roof and chimney, causing severe damage to framing, sheathing, and a major structural beam above the window wall.

 

Our team completed full structural repairs, including removal of damaged materials, replacement of the beam and framing, new plywood sheathing, weather barrier installation, and full exterior restoration with new siding.

 

The issue was fully resolved, restoring the wall’s structural integrity and eliminating water intrusion.
